Driving:
From Manhattan - Take the Brooklyn-Queens Expressway (I-278) West and exit at 39th Street. Make a right at the traffic light onto 2nd Avenue and go straight two blocks. Make a right onto 37th Street and proceed up to the middle of the block. Health Plus is the building on the left hand side across the street from the Costco parking lot.
 
From Staten Island - Take the Verrazano-Narrows Bridge (no toll into Brooklyn) and continue on the Brooklyn-Queens/Gowanus Expressway to 39th Street exit. Make a right at the traffic light onto 2nd Avenue and go straight two blocks. Make a right onto 37th Street and proceed up to the middle of the block. Health Plus is the building on the left hand side across the street from the Costco parking lot.
 
Parking: There is a moderately priced, privately operated lot on 2nd Avenue between 36th and 37th Streets.
 
There is also parking available under the highway on 3rd Avenue with 2-hour meters.
 
Train(s): Take the N, R, D or M train to 36th Street station. Proceed to walk down 1 block to 3rd Avenue and 1 over to 37th Street. Health Plus is located between 2nd and 3rd Avenue, the building on the right hand side across the street from the Costco parking lot.
