These Easter events, which kicked the previous weekend in Staten Island’s Cromwell Center, continued right up to Easter Sunday and took place in all five Boroughs of New York City, as well as Nassau County. Children in attendance were offered a variety of ‘eggcellent’ activities, such as egg decorating, egg hunts, egg races, and a chance to pose for a picture with the Easter Bunny. Marketing staff were available to educate guests about Health Plus products, offering free and affordable health insurance for children and adults.
“We are always very happy to participate in any community’s celebration of the Easter holiday,” said Tom Early, Executive Director of Health Plus, “but to be a part of so many people’s holiday experience in so many different neighborhoods, was a moving experience. We strive to treat our members like our family, and when our members chose to celebrate their holiday with us, it really feels like a two-way street.”
