Somos El Futuro seeks partnerships with various organizations, both private and not-for-profit, and as it has been for many years, Health Plus was a proud sponsor of the three-day extravaganza. In addition to sponsoring the conference and several of its events, Health Plus presented scholarships to a number of students during the Student Recognition Dinner.
Another highlight from the event was the Community Service Awards ceremony, presented by Progress, Inc., to recognize the efforts of organizations and individuals based in Latino communities that benefit the great Latino community of New York State. Health Plus Chief Marketing Officer Ada Rodriguez was honored with one of these prestigious awards for all the hard work that Health Plus continues to do, promoting healthy living through proper healthcare.
“We’re very proud to be a part of Somos El Futuro,” said Tom Early, Executive Director of Health Plus, “not only as a sponsor, but as a representative of the communities we serve. Supporting this conference helps to support the people we care about, and the people who care about us.”
