Brooklyn, New York - October 14, 2008 — Tom Early, Executive Director for managed care organization Health Plus, was honored last week by Trinity Health Center Inc. at their 2nd Annual Dinner Dance Benefit.

Trinity Healing Center Inc. was formed in 2000 to help serve those who have been afflicted by domestic violence. Working with families, they help victims to understand their options and help them take steps towards healing and self-sufficiency.

Mr. Early was recognized on behalf of the work his company has done, and for his commitment to providing families with quality healthcare and to raising awareness of domestic violence through Health Plus educational programs, offered to both employees and community residents.

“I am honored to accept this award,” said Tom Early, Executive Director for Health Plus. “I’m very proud of the work my staff has been doing to spread awareness of domestic violence and the means of combating it. It’s a privilege to work with groups like Trinity Healing Center, Inc. They are doing some important work, and since October is National Domestic Violence Awareness Month, it is imperative that we get the word out as much as possible.”
