New York, NY - October 31, 2002 — Health Plus and other sponsors were honored Tuesday by Radio Unica for its support in this years' Copa Unica de las Américas, a soccer tournament in which the players represented 16 countries from Latin America and the Caribbean, and the United States.
 
Health Plus provided the uniforms that were designed to resemble those of their corresponding national teams, thus creating a feeling of pride for players and spectators alike. The countries represented in the tournament are Argentina, Brazil, the best selections of The Caribean United team-whose players hailed from Jamaica, Haiti, Trinidad Tobago, and the Dominican Republic- Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Ecuador, El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, Mexico, Panama, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and the USA.
